Reasonably clean place with very very helpful staff members and garden views. Had well-appointed room and a good stay on next visit there. Comfortable bed for sleeping. Handy, perfect location just next door to railway station into Southend Town Centre, the sea front and restaurants nearby.

Modern place, comfy beds, courteous staff. Good sized and extremely pleasant rooms and clean bathrooms. Breathtaking views all around. The location perfect and lovely in west cliff on sea. And not far from restaurants nearby, the beach, amusement parks and the club strip, and railway station.

I had an airy room with a flat screen TV and a carpet. And beds were exceptionally comfortable. The location was marvellous and the beach was close to the hotel. Also, the area was very quiet.

Sincerely, it was a very enjoyable stay on next visit there. Location: the hotel was right by west cliff as well as a nice promenade. There was Jerk Island Grill nearby, offering quick meals.
